Executing blueprints in Zoho CRM iOS app
Blueprint needs to be created in the Zoho CRM web to access it on mobile.
Blueprint helps you enforce a strict process that must be followed across your organization. It ensures that every step in a process is followed correctly and consistently, also making it easier for teams to stay aligned and complete their tasks with clarity.
Blueprint has 2 main components- State and Transition
- State: A State represents a specific stage in your process.
For example, in a sales pipeline, states might include lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. - Transition: A Transition is the action taken to move a record from one State to another. It can include mandatory fields, validations, or actions.
To execute a blueprint
- Go to the module you want to execute a blueprint for. For example, Leads.
- Open the record.
- The current state and available transitions will be shown.
- Tap a transition and complete the required actions to move to the next state.
