Locate an address using maps in iPhone
When the address of a record is specified in your CRM account, it can be located in maps by tapping the
Maps 
icon. You can enable
Google Maps from the Zoho CRM settings page to locate the record using Google Maps.
Based on your current location, you will be able to locate the records that are in and around the radius of 100 Miles/Kms. You can also enter a custom location and modify the radius to find all the records that are present there.
To locate Leads/Contacts/Accounts near you or in a custom location
- Go to the module of your choice.
- Tap the Map
icon on the top-right.
- The records that are nearby will be marked with either a red pin or violet pin.
Red Pin
indicates that there is a single record in that particular location and violet pin
indicates that there are multiple records in the same location.
You can also enter a location in the Custom Location textbox and modify the radius by clicking the
icon. - You can also select a record and tap the map
icon to locate the address in maps.
Check-in to a location
A meeting with your client (lead/contact) can be added to CRM as an event by checking-in from that particular location. This helps create a record that a meeting has taken place at a given location in a given time.
To check-in to a location
- Go to the leads/contacts module and select a record with whom you had a meeting.
- Tap the Check-in
icon.
- Select an event to which you want to check-in or create a new event.
