Migrating from Freshsales to Zoho CRM

You can migrate your data from Freshsales to Zoho CRM using the API token and instance URL. The entire migration runs in the background, and once it’s complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation. You can undo or re-run the migration up to three times, if needed.

Step 1: Get the API Token and Instance URL from Freshsales  

  1. Log in to your Freshsales account.

  2. Go to Settings > Apps and Integrations > API Settings.

  3. Copy the API Token and Instance URL from this page.

Step 2: Start the Migration in Zoho CRM  

  1. In Zoho CRM, go to Setup > Data Administration > Import.

  2. On the Data Migration page:

    • Choose Freshsales as the source.

    • Paste the API token.

    • Paste the Instance URL copied from the Freshsales account.

    • Click Migrate Now.

You’ll receive a pop-up and an email once the migration is complete.

Supported Modules   
The following Freshsales modules are supported for migration to Zoho CRM: 
Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Products, Tasks, Meetings, Users, Quotes and quoted items, Notes, Deal Products, Calls, Attachments 
Note: Zoho CRM does not support custom modules during API-based migrations.

Step 3: Verify the Imported Data  

After the migration:
  • You'll receive an email once it's completed.

  • Go to Setup > Data Administration > Import > Import History in Zoho CRM to review the import details.
