Organization Email | Online Help - Zoho CRM

Organization Email Address

When sending emails on behalf of your organization, you can use an organization email address instead of your personal email address. For example, your sales team can send emails from a shared address such as sales@company.com to maintain consistent communication with customers.

In Zoho CRM, you can configure an organization email address to send emails on behalf of your organization. To receive emails in Zoho CRM, you must set up an IMAP integration.
Info
Mass emails and organization emails are sent from Zoho's server.
