Installing and signing in Zoho CRM iOS app

Compatibility
The Zoho CRM iOS app requires iOS version 15 or later to install and use.

Install the Zoho CRM app 

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Search for Zoho CRM.
  3. Tap Get to download and install the app.

By default, all the users will have the Mobile Edition enabled. The Administrator can disable or enable the access in Profiles. Go to Setup > Users & Permissions > Profiles > General Permissions > Mobile Edition.
 

Sign up or sign in 

Once the app is installed, open it and either sign in to your existing account or create a new one.

To sign up  for/create a new account 

  1. Open your Zoho CRM app.
  2. Tap Sign up.
  1. Enter your full name, email address, and phone number.
  2. In the Password field, create a password.
  3. Agree to the terms by checking the box.
  4. Tap Get started.
 

To sign in  

  1. Open your Zoho CRM app.
  2. Tap Sign in.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. Tap Sign in

If you're using multiple accounts, you will be prompted to choose the account.
 

Sign in with OneAuth (single sign-on) 

OneAuth is Zoho's multi-factor authentication (MFA) app that enables secure, one-tap sign-ins and adds an extra layer of protection to your Zoho account via multiple authentication methods.

Before you begin: 
  1. Install the OneAuth app from the App Store.
  1. Sign in using your Zoho credentials.
  2. Set up your preferred MFA mode (e.g., push notification, biometrics, etc.)
 

To sign in with OneAuth 

  1. Open the Zoho CRM app.
  2. Tap Sign in.
  3. Tap your account (displayed at the bottom).
  4. Approve the sign-in request in the OneAuth app.
InfoWith OneAuth enabled, you don't have to enter your credentials manually each time; you can sign in with a single tap.
  

Federated sign-in   

Federated sign-in allows you to access your Zoho account through third-party identity providers (IdP) such as:
  1. Google
  2. Microsoft
  3. LinkedIn
  4. Facebook
  5. Apple
  6. Yahoo
  7. Slack
  8. Twitter
  9. Github

 To sign in via third-party IdPs  (Identity providers)

  1. Open your Zoho CRM app.
  2. Tap Sign in.
  3. Tap the more icon under Sign in using.
  4. Tap the third-party service you want to use to sign in.

What to expect after your sign-in

When you sign in for the first time, the app will walk you through a few setup steps:
  1. Choose your organization - If your Zoho account is associated with multiple CRM organizations, you will be prompted to select the one you want to access.

  2. Sync your CRM data - The app will sync your CRM data to your device. This may take a few moments depending on the size of your database.

  3. Register for push notifications - You will be asked whether you want to register for push notifications. If you choose to register, a pop-up will appear asking you to allow or deny notifications, including sounds, icon badges, and alerts. 

  4. Manage your privacy - A privacy prompt will appear with two options: Later and Review. Tapping Review will take you to the Privacy and Settings page, where you can personalize your privacy preferences. You can also access this page later from the app settings.

Update the app

Zoho periodically releases updates that include new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes.

To update the app

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.
  3. Scroll down to see available updates.
  4. Tap Update next to Zoho CRM.
To receive updates automatically, enable automatic updates in your device's App Store settings under Settings App Store > App Updates (toggle ON).

Sign out

To sign out of the app

  1. Tap the More icon > Settings.
  2. Tap Sign out at the bottom, next to your profile.
  3. Choose Sign out to confirm.
