Privacy and security settings in the Zoho CRM iOS app

Your privacy and security matter. The Zoho CRM iOS app offers settings to help you safeguard your account, control access to the app, and manage how your information is handled on the device.
 

 To access privacy and security settings 

  1. Tap More ( ) > Settings  ().
  2. Scroll down and select Privacy & Security

  

Key privacy and security settings 

Passcode lock 

Protect your CRM data by locking the app using a passcode. 

To enable Passcode Lock: 
  1. Go to More () > Settings  () > Privacy & Security.
  2. Tap Passcode Lock.
  3. Turn on the Passcode Lock toggle.
  4. Set a 4-digit passcode.
  5. Choose how often the app should ask for the passcode.

Info
Enable Show Widgets to use the same passcode for widgets.

Push Notifications 

Toggle ON to receive push notifications for activity reminders, triggers, and feed mentions.

Send diagnostics and usage statistics

Toggle to share app usage data to help identify issues and improve performance. 
 

Crash reports 

Toggle ON to automatically send crash details when the app closes unexpectedly.
 
Send Anonymously 
Choose to share the crash report and diagnostic data without any personally identifiable information.

Toggle spotlight search to quickly find CRM records directly from your iPhone’s home screen, without opening the app.

 

How it works 
  1. Swipe down on your iPhone’s home screen.
  2. Type a keyword.
  3. CRM records will appear in the search results


 

Text copy 

Toggle ON to allow the app to store copied text, so it can be used by other apps via the clipboard.

Encrypt data in this device 

Toggle ON to encrypt all Zoho CRM data stored on this device, keeping your information secure and protected from unauthorized access.

Disable predictive text 

Toggle ON to disable predictive text for sensitive fields and blocks third-party keyboards to protect your data while typing.

Third-party keyboards 

Toggle ON to allow third-party keyboards to be used within the app.

Notes
To use third-party keyboards, Disable predictive text must be turned OFF.

Close Account 

Closing your account will permanently delete all your data and information in Zoho CRM and other Zoho services linked to this account.
