Approval processes in Zoho CRM iOS app
Sometimes, for a process to take place, you need approval from people at higher levels in an organization. This type of formal approval requires input from multiple roles. The approval processes created in the Zoho CRM web will also appear in the mobile version.
Records that are waiting for approval can be viewed from the mobile app and can then be approved, rejected, or delegated from the My Jobs module or from the record detail view of a specific module.
To approve, delegate, or reject a record
- Tap the More icon (
).
- Tap My Jobs.
- Tap on the required record in the list.
- Tap the record to view its details.
- Tap Approve, Delegate, or Reject based on the action you want to take.
Note: If delegating, choose the name of the user you want to transfer this approval process to.
Approval recall
Approval recall option lets you withdraw a record submitted for approval. If you notice the information in the record is incorrect, incomplete or needs change, you can recall the approval request as long as it has not been approved, rejected or delegated.
To recall a record in approval process
- Open the record in the approval process.
- Tap the Recall button.
Note: Once you make necessary changes, tap resubmit to route the record back for approval.
