Address Locator for Zoho CRM
The Address Locator extension for Zoho CRM brings geolocation information to your business processes by helping you find and assign leads to your sales team by region. You can locate leads on Google Maps, manage campaigns by geographical area, and gain critical insights into your business performance.
Note: Please note that the Address Locator extension for Zoho CRM is available in US, EU, CA, and JP datacenters.
Installing the extension
The extension can be installed either from Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho CRM account. To install the extension from Zoho CRM:
- Navigate to
> Marketplace > All.
- Click All Extensions, then search for and click Address Locator for Zoho CRM.
- Click Install.
- Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.
- On the following page, agree to the Terms of Service and click Continue to Install.
- Select one of the following options in Choose Users/Profiles:
- Install for admin only: The extension will be installed in CRM only for users with administrator profiles.
- Install for all users: The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
- Choose profiles: The extension will be installed in CRM only for selected users. Choose this option, click Continue, then select the relevant profiles.
- Click Confirm.
You will be redirected to the Extension Settings page. - Enter the API Key, and click Save.
Once installed, the extension can be accessed from the Leads, Contacts, and Accounts modules of Zoho CRM.

Locating from Zoho CRM
You can locate a single record or multiple records simultaneously from your Zoho CRM using this extension. The records can be from the Leads, Contacts, and Accounts modules. You can locate the records based on the billing address or the shipping address.
To locate a record:
- Open the Leads, Contacts, or Accounts modules.
- Select the record/records you want to locate.
- Tap Locate Billing Address or Locate Shipping Address on top based on your requirements.
- On the map that pops up, the location of all the selected records will be shown by using their billing or shipping address from the Zoho CRM fields.
Uninstalling the extension
To uninstall the extension:
- Go to
> Marketplace > All.
- Under All Extensions, you can view all the installed extensions.
- Search for Address Locator for Zoho CRM and click the corresponding Uninstall link.
- Click Ok to confirm and uninstall the extension.
