Syntec's hosted PBX integration for Zoho CRM helps managing all the inbound and outbound calls within your CRM account. Get all the call notifications via SynPBX right inside your Zoho CRM.
Setup integration
To set up the integration,
- Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
- Choose SynPBX from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
- Click Integrate.
- Click Get it now.

- Click to call - call to an existing contact from your CRM account in a single click.
- View the business card details of your contact and identify them better using screen pop-ups.
