Activate Google Contacts and Calendar Integration

To activate Google Contacts and Calendar from Zoho CRM

1. Log in to Zoho CRM.
   
2. Open Setup > Marketplace > Google > Google Apps link.
   
3. In the Zoho CRM for Google page, click Contacts/Calendar tab, and click Authenticate.
   
4. In the Google Accounts popup, enter your email address and password to your Google Account and Sign in.
   
   
   
5. In the next popup, click the Accept.
   
   The Zoho CRM integration with Google Contacts and Calendar will be activated.
   
   
   

Deactivate Google Contacts and Calendar Integration

To remove Zoho CRM from Google

1. Log in to Zoho CRM.
   
2. Open Settings > Setup > Marketplace > Google link.
   
3. In the Zoho CRM for Google page, click Contacts/Calendar tab, and click Deactivate.
   
   The Zoho CRM integration for Google Contacts and Calendar will be removed.
   

Enable Sync Permissions for Profiles

1. Go to Setup > Securtiy Control > Profiles.
   
2. In the Profiles page, select the profile to which you want to give sync access and click Edit.
   
3. Under General Permissions, select the Sync with Google Calendar and Sync with Google Contacts check boxes.
   
4. Click Save.
