What actions can a light agent perform in Desk?

Light agents can: 
  1. View tickets, accounts, contacts, articles, activities, reports, and dashboards.
  2. View Company, Products, Personal Settings (except signature), and Support Contract details under Setup.
  3. Leave private comments in tickets, contacts, accounts, activities, and articles.
  4. View and customize their profile information.
  5. Belong to groups and receive group notifications.
  6. Export module data using the Import/Export function under Setup.
  7. View all custom views and create a private view that only they can see.
  8. Receive alerts through automation and on ticket escalation.
