Our Enterprise Support plan is a comprehensive paid support plan that gives you access to 24/7 support assistance via email, live chat, telephone, and the Zoho CRM Plus community with a maximum response time of one hour. You will be assigned a dedicated Technical Account Manager to help you get the most out of your Zoho CRM Plus account and you will also provide you with quarterly reports on your account usage. This plan is available to customers with more than 25 user licenses.
