At the end of your 30-day trial, you can either purchase a subscription plan or deactivate your account. To know more click here.

1. If you purchase a CRM Plus subscription, your data and configurations remain intact and you can continue using CRM Plus.

2. If you deactivate your CRM Plus account, you can still access the free plan of Zoho CRM Plus' individual applications except CRM and SalesIQ where you can go back to the edition that you previously used before signing up for the trial version of Zoho CRM Plus.
