To know the number of rows you've utilized in Zoho Reports:

1. Access Zoho CRM Plus and click the Reports icon () displayed to the left of the page to access the Zoho Reports application.

2. Click () on the top-right corner of the Reports page. You'll find the Zoho Reports Subscription Details page displayed with Your Current Plan tab selected by default. You will see your current plan, account, add-ons, users, and row usage details displayed on this page. 

Note: You can also click the Notifications tab in the Zoho Reports Subscription Details page and enable Row Usage Notification to receive email notification when the row usage exceeds the threshold limit.
