How do I cancel my Zoho CRM Plus trial?

You must be an Owner to cancel your trial version in Zoho CRM Plus. Once you cancel your trial version, you will move to the previous edition of CRM and SalesIQ you were using, and to the Free Plan in the other applications (SalesInbox, Campaigns, Desk, Projects, Social, Survey, Motivator, and Reports).

For example, if you were using the Professional Edition of Zoho CRM and SalesIQ, and you signed up for the free trial version of Zoho CRM Plus, and then cancelled the trial, you will move to the Professional Edition of Zoho CRM and SalesIQ and to the Free plan in the other applications in the CRM Plus suite with your customizations, setup, and users intact.

To cancel your Zoho CRM Plus trial:
  1. Log on to https://crmplus.zoho.com/ and click your image icon displayed on the upper-right corner of the page. You'll see a panel slide to the right of the page.
  2. Navigate to the Subscription section and click the down arrow button (  ) and then select Cancel Trial from the dropdown.
  3. Enter your password and reason for canceling your Zoho CRM Plus trial in the pop-up.
  4. Click Cancel my Zoho CRM Plus Account

The subscription section does not have the down arrow as suggested, I can only find an "upgrade" option, which kicks me out to the Zoho Store. Similar for any time I try to click a "billing" option - no cancel, just upgrade.

I'm currently in a Zoho One trial, which I will almost definitely upgrade, but I can't fully test it as I can't cancel CRM Plus, and so can't disconnect a few apps like Automation and Campaigns from my CRM trial.

In the right menu where it says subscription, upgrade, the drop-down arrow is in the top right of that box is where you can cancel the trail.  Hope this helps

I had to extend the trial in order to follow the steps.
