All the service information from your existing user's account can be assigned to the new user in CRM Plus.
2. Click My Profile Info, and then click Email Address displayed on the left.
3. Edit the primary address displayed to the right of the page by replacing the existing user's email address with the new user's email address. All the service information with be assigned to the new user.
Note: The email address of the new user should not be registered in any of the other Zoho services.
