I have purchased one user license and I want to change the email address of this user? How can I do this?
If you know the login credentials of the current Owner, you can log on to Zoho CRM Plus and then go to
accounts.zoho.com. Click
My Profile info to navigate to the
Personal Information page. Change the email address of the user in this page and click
Save.
But if you don't have the login credentials of the current Owner, you can drop an email to
support@zohocrmplus.com and send a copy of this email to the Owner.
