While logging into crmplus.zoho.com, one of my users gets the message that the account is disabled. What should I do?

If you are the administrator of CRM Plus, check whether you have disabled your user's account in the Users page of the Admin Panel. If you find that the user is deactivated, activate the user's account to enable them access Zoho CRM Plus.
