I am a user in Zoho Desk having access to two portals. How can I map both the portals in Zoho CRM Plus?

You can only map one portal in Zoho CRM Plus. Since you have access to two portals in Zoho Desk, a pop-up window will be displayed with the application name and a dropdown list to select a portal when you sign up.

Select a portal name from the dropdown list, and click Done to map the portal to your Zoho CRM Plus account.
