When I schedule a task in a Project, and complete this task later, how can I have this task either marked as completed or remove it from my calendar?

You can mark your task as completed by choosing the Percentage option within the task and marking it as complete. You can also select the task manually by using the checkbox next to it and marking it as Complete.
