Zoho CRM's Appointments module keeps track of all your service appointments and enables you to complete, reschedule, or cancel these appointments.
Currently, you can't create, edit, or clone your appointment records, but you can view and manage any appointment record you've created via Zoho CRM's web app.
To complete an appointment
Go to the Appointments module.
Open the appointment record to be completed.
Tap Mark as completed.
To reschedule an appointment
Go to the Appointments module.
Open the appointment record to be rescheduled.
Tap Reschedule.
Fill in the necessary details in the rescheduling form, including the rescheduled date and time.
