Locate an address using maps in iPhone

When you specify a record's address in your CRM account, it can be located in a map app by tapping the Map Locator option at the bottom of the record.


 
To locate the record, select Google Maps or Apple Maps as the provider from the Map Settings menu.


Find leads, contacts, and accounts near you
  

Based on your current location, you can locate records within either 100-mile or a 100-km radius. You can also enter a custom location and modify the radius to find all the records present there.
 

To locate leads/contacts/accounts near you or in a custom location

  1. Go to the module of your choice.
  2. Tap the Nearby Me option on the top-right.
  3. Records nearby will be marked with either a red or violet pin.
 

Notes
Note:
  1. A red pin  indicates that there's a single record in that particular location, whereas a violet pin  indicates that there are multiple records in the same location. You can also enter a location in the Custom Location textbox and modify the radius by clicking the icon.
  2. You can also enable the Group Pins option to group all the records in a location with the number of available records.

Check in to a location
  

You can add a meeting with your client (lead/contact) to Zoho CRM as an event by checking in from that particular location. This creates a record that a meeting has taken place at a given location and time.
 

To check in to a location

  1. Go to the Leads/Contacts module and select a record with whom you had a meeting.
  2. Tap the Check-in icon.
  3. Select an event to which you want to check in or create a new event.

    Upon checking in from the meeting location, the location details will be updated as Notes for the particular meeting. Other details like check-in time and date will be available as Meetings.
