Feeds in Zoho CRM for Android let you collaborate with your peers and keep track of your organization's activities, both your own and your colleagues. Feeds lets you post and view status updates, add comments, attach files, and filter updates by module.
Working with Feeds
To add a feed
Go to Feeds in your Zoho CRM Android app.
Tap the icon and compose your status update.
Tap the attachment icon in the top-right corner to upload files.
To mention a user, enter @ and type their user name. Choose the required user from the list of names.
To filter Feed views
Go to Feeds in your Zoho CRM app. A list of feeds will appear.
Tap the Filter icon to view the updates for a selected module.
You can also filter just status updates by tapping Status .
To add comments on feeds
Tap on a feed.
Tap +Add Comment
Write a comment about the record update made by one of your colleagues.
Tap Comment .
Feeds notifications
You will be notified in Zoho CRM when a user:
Mentions you in a comment or message.
Makes changes to records you own.
Makes changes to records that you follow.
To view notifications in feeds
Go to Feeds in your Zoho CRM app. A list of feeds will appear.
Tap the Bell icon to view your notifications.
Viewing Records via Feeds
You can get a detailed view of the conversation attached to a feed. You can also get a detailed view of the record the feed is about by tapping on it.
