The feeds tab will be accessible to all the users if it is not hidden from their profile.

Working with Feeds

To add a feed

1. Go to Feeds in your Zoho CRM Android app.
   
2. Tap the icon and compose your status update.
   
3. Tap the attachment icon in the top-right corner to upload files.
   
4. To mention a user, enter @ and type their user name. Choose the required user from the list of names.
   

To filter Feed views

1. Go to Feeds in your Zoho CRM app.  A list of feeds will appear.
   
2. Tap the Filter icon to view the updates for a selected module.
   
   You can also filter just status updates by tapping Status .
   

To add comments on feeds

1. Tap on a feed.
   
2. Tap +Add Comment  
   
3. Write a comment about the record update made by one of your colleagues.
   
4. Tap Comment .

Feeds notifications

1. If you are mentioned in a comment or a feed message
   
2. If you are a part of a group and the group is mentioned in the feeds messages or comments section
   
3. If a record is assigned to you
   
4. If a record you own is updated
   
5. If changes are made to a record you follow
   
6. For approving/delegating/rejecting approvals
   

To view notifications in feeds

1. Go to Feeds in your Zoho CRM app.  A list of feeds will appear.
   
2. Tap the Bell icon to view your notifications.
