Custom buttons in Zoho CRM Android app

Custom buttons are user-defined buttons that lets you initiate actions that are not present by default.
 
For example, you can add a "Calculate Commission" custom button to your deal records. When clicked, it opens a widget that instantly calculates sales commissions based on your company's commission structure.
 
Custom buttons can be accessed in the Create/Clone, Edit, Details view and in the Related lists.

Custom buttons can be created only in Zoho CRM web app. Read more

To access custom buttons from a record  

  1. Open a record.
  2. Tap the custom button displayed below the record actions such as Email, Check-in, Call.
  3. If there is more than one custom button, tap the dropdown and select the desired custom button.

To access custom button in create page  

  1. Go to the module with custom button configured.
  2. Tap the + button.
  3. Tap the custom button at the bottom left corner of the page.
 

To access custom button in clone page  

  1. Go to the module with custom button configured.
  2. Open a record.
  3. Tap the More icon ( ⋮ ) > Clone.
  4. Tap the custom button at the bottom of the form.
 

To access custom button in edit page  

  1. Go to the module with custom button configured.
  2. Open a record.
  3. Tap the edit icon   at the top.
  4. Tap the custom button at the bottom left corner of the page.

  3. Tap the Related tab.
  4. Tap the (custom button icon).
  5. Select the desired records.
  6. Apply the custom button.
