Custom buttons are user-defined buttons that lets you initiate actions that are not present by default.
For example, you can add a "Calculate Commission" custom button to your deal records. When clicked, it opens a widget that instantly calculates sales commissions based on your company's commission structure.
Custom buttons can be accessed in the Create/Clone, Edit, Details view and in the Related lists.
Custom buttons can be created only in Zoho CRM web app.

- Tap the custom button displayed below the record actions such as Email, Check-in, Call.
- If there is more than one custom button, tap the dropdown and select the desired custom button.
To access custom button in create page
- Go to the module with custom button configured.
- Tap the + button.
- Tap the custom button at the bottom left corner of the page.
To access custom button in clone page
- Go to the module with custom button configured.
- Open a record.
- Tap the More icon ( ⋮ ) > Clone.
- Tap the custom button at the bottom of the form.
To access custom button in edit page
- Go to the module with custom button configured.
- Open a record.
- Tap the edit icon
at the top.
- Tap the custom button at the bottom left corner of the page.
- Go to the module with custom button configured.
- Open a record.
- Tap the Related tab.
- Tap the
(custom button icon).
- Select the desired records.
- Apply the custom button.
