Install the Zoho CRM app
- Open the Play Store.
- Search for Zoho CRM.
- Tap Install.
By default, all the user profiles will have Mobile usage enabled.
The Administrator can disable or enable access from the web CRM account at any time by navigating to Setup > Security Control > Profiles > Other Permissions > Zoho mobile apps access.
Sign in or sign up
Once the app is installed, open it and either sign in to your existing account or create a new one.
To sign in
- Open your Zoho CRM app.
- Tap Sign in.
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap Sign in.
To sign up for/create a new account
- Open your Zoho CRM app.
- Tap Sign up.
- Enter your full name, email address, and phone number.
- In the Password field, create a password.
- Agree to the terms by checking the box.
- Tap Get started.
Sign in with OneAuth (single sign-on)
OneAuth is Zoho's multi-factor authentication (MFA) app that enables secure, one-tap sign-ins and adds an extra layer of protection to your Zoho account via multiple authentication methods.
Before you begin:
- Install the OneAuth app.
- Sign in using your Zoho credentials.
- Set up your preferred MFA mode (e.g., push notification, biometrics, etc.)
To sign in with OneAuth
- Open the Zoho CRM app.
- Tap Sign in.
- Tap your account (displayed at the bottom).
- Approve the sign-in request in the OneAuth app.
With OneAuth enabled, you don't have to enter your credentials manually each time; you can sign in with a single tap.
Federated sign-in
Federated sign-in allows you to access your Zoho account through third-party identity providers (IdP) such as:
- Google
- Microsoft
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Apple
- Yahoo
- Slack
- Twitter
- Github
To sign in via third-party IdPs
- Open your Zoho CRM app.
- Tap Sign in.
- Tap the More icon under Sign in using.
- Tap the third-party service you want to use to sign in.
