Working with Analytics in Zoho CRM Android app

Analytics lets you view pre-built dashboards that visualize your CRM data like leads, revenue, deals, accounts, and more. Each dashboard contains components that display key metrics with comparisons to previous periods.

Dashboards are organized into tabs: All Favourites, Created by me, and Shared with me.

Actions you can perform 

  1. View a dashboard
  2. Search components on a dashboard
  3. Drill down into component data
  4. Share a component

To view a dashboard  

  1. Open Analytics module.
  2. Tap a dashboard from the list.
 

To search components in a dashboard  

  1. Open the Analytics module.
  2. Tap a dashboard from the list.
  3. Tap the Search icon.
  4. Type the component name in the search field.

To drill down into component data  

  1. Open the Analytics module.
  2. Tap a dashboard from the list.
  3. Tap a component to open its detail view.
  4. Tap the data value in the chart.
  5. Tap Show Data.

To share a component  

  1. Open the Analytics module.
  2. Tap a dashboard to open it.
  3. Tap a component to open its detail view.
  4. Tap the More options () icon.
  5. Tap Share.
  6. Choose a sharing method from the share list.
