To execute a blueprint using the CRM app

1. Tap the module you want to execute a blueprint for. For example, Deals .
   
2. Tap the record.  You will see the  Blueprint Strip that displays the Current State and the transitions that must be executed in order to progress to the next state.
   
3. Tap the required transition and complete the requirements as directed.
   If the values you enter do not fit the specifications, you will see the error messages configured in the blueprint.
   
4. This is how CRM guides and validates the sales process.
5. Once you have entered acceptable values, tap Save.
   The record will now move to the next state in the process.
   Execute each subsequent transition in the same way until the process is completed.
   

 Note

1. State: In a blueprint, a state is the part of the process that a record is in at a particular time. For example, a deal in your sales pipeline goes through different stages such as Qualification, Needs Analysis, and Negotiation until it is won or lost. Each of these stages is a state.
   
2. Transition: A transition is what happens when a record changes from one state to another in a process. It prescribes the requirements for records to move from one state to the next.
   

Blueprint is available in Zoho CRM for Android from (v3.2.16) onwards.
