Working with Feeds
  

To add a feed

1. Go to the Feeds module on the app.
   
2. Tap the icon at the top-right corner to compose your status
   
3. Tap the attachment icon in the top-right corner to upload files.
   
4. To mention a user, enter @ and type their user name. Choose the required user from the list of names.
   
   You can also post status updates that are specific to a group by clicking the All Users view and selecting the preferred group.
   

To filter Feed Views

1. Go to Feeds in your Zoho CRM app.
   
2. Tap the All filter at the top to view the feed updates specific to a module.
   

To add comments on feeds

1. Tap +Add Comment
   
2. Write a comment about the record update made by one of your colleagues.
   
3. Tap Comment.
   

Feeds notifications   

1. If you are mentioned in a comment or a feed message
   
2. If you are a part of a group and the group is mentioned in the feeds messages or comments section
   
3. If a record is assigned to you
   
4. If a record you own is updated
   
5. If changes are made to a record you follow
   
6. For approving/delegating/rejecting approvals
   

To view notifications in feeds

1. Go to Feeds in your Zoho CRM app.
   
2. Tap the Bell icon to view your notifications.
