Zoho CRM's iOS app helps you take your business processes with you, whether you're at the office, traveling, or working from home. It brings your CRM experience to iPhone and iPad, closely matching the functionality of the web version.

Things you can do with the app  

  1. Access and manage your records: Create, view, edit, clone, and delete records across all CRM modules. Any changes made in the web CRM can be synced instantly with your app.

  2. Make and log calls: Call your contacts directly from the app and automatically log call details in the relevant records.

  3. Track your activities: View appointments, Schedule meetings, tasks, and calls,  and set reminders for them.

  4. Voice-to-text and voice notes: Use your voice to add notes to any CRM record. Save them as voice notes or convert them to text.

  5. Work offline: Continue to work with the application even when your mobile is offline or out of network coverage. Access CRM records stored locally in your device and add, modify, and delete records. The application automatically syncs the changes made while offline when your device reconnects to the network.

  6. Receive push notifications: Receive push notifications for activity reminders, new emails received, @mentions, and meeting invites.

  7. Check-in: Check in every time you visit a customer on-site. This gets recorded in the notes section of the related records and can be used for future reference.

  8. Locate leads, contacts, and accounts near you: Using maps provided by Apple or Google, the app can locate leads, contacts, and accounts near you. Set the radius between 10 and 100 miles.

  9. Update the related lists in each record: Associate related records such as events, tasks, calls, attachments, and more.

  10. Zia Voice: Talk to or chat with Zia to get answers for all your questions in Zoho CRM.

  11. Caller identification (Caller ID): The app shows you who's calling so you instantly know when a customer is trying to reach you.

  12. Quick actions: Press and hold the Zoho CRM app icon on your home screen to perform quick actions without opening the app.

  13. Widgets: Widgets give you a quick glance at information and even let you perform small actions without even having to open the app. You can access widgets from the lock screen and home screen.
