Map view in Zoho CRM iOS app

The map view lets you visualize records with address information by displaying them as pins on the map.

Available map providers 

You can choose from the following map services:
  1. Google Maps
  2. Apple Maps
  3. Mappls (available only for IN Data Centers)

Google map and Apple map 

You can view records from any location worldwide, and you can also use the Near Me radius filter to find records within 100 kms or around a custom location you choose.

Mappls (available only for IN (India) data center users)

If you're in the IN DC and have enabled Map View and suggestions for address fields in the CRM web app, you can use the Mappls map view to plot records using the custom address field.   
 You can fill in the address by: 
  1. Dropping a pin on the map 
  2. Typing the address manually 
  3. Selecting a suggested location

Near me radius filter 

Use the slider to view records within a 100 kms radius, or enter a location in the custom location bar to see records in that specific area.

Map pins 

Pins are visual markers that help you identify records on the map. There are two color-coded pin types:
  1. Red pins  - Show individual records
  2. Purple pins - Show grouped records
You can choose to group records by toggling the Group Pins option.

To open map view 

  1. Open the desired module.
  2. Tap More icon () > Choose view > Map view.
Idea
Quick tip: To switch back to List view, tap on the Map view icon and select List view.
 

To open location from a record 

  1. Open the record > tap the map icon .
  2. You will be redirected to your preferred map with the exact location of the record.
