Working with My Jobs module in iPhone
Executing Blueprint from My Jobs module
- Go to
My Jobs module.
- Select Blueprint from the drop-down at the top.
You will see a list of records in your Blueprint process. - Select a record.
You can see the Blueprint section which displays the Current State and the Transitions that must be executed in order to proceed to the next state. - Tap the Transition and complete the requisites.
- Tap Save.
To approve records
- Go to
My Jobs module.
- Select Approvals from the drop-down list at the top.
You will see the list of records that are awaiting your approval. - Tap
Approve,
Reject, or
Delegate it to another user in your CRM account.
