Working with the My Jobs module on Zoho CRM iOS app
My Jobs is your personal queue of pending process actions. It lists records from other modules that are pending your action.
Two types of records appear here:
- Records in a Blueprint process where you are the transition owner
- Records awaiting your approval
The module does not store records of its own. Every entry links back to the record in its original module.
Your profile needs the Manage Workflow permission to access My Jobs.
To open the My Jobs module
- Tap the More icon in the Zoho CRM app.
- Tap My Jobs.
The module will open on the Approvals view. Use the drop-down at the top to switch between Approvals and Blueprint.
To approve, reject, or delegate a record
- Tap the More icon in the Zoho CRM app.
- Tap My Jobs.
- Select Approvals from the drop-down at the top.
- Tap a record to review its details.
- Tap one of the following:
- Approve
- Delegate
- Reject

To execute a blueprint transition
- Open the My Jobs module.
- Select Blueprint from the drop-down at the top.
- Tap a record.
- Tap a transition and complete the required details.
A transition may prompt you for notes, field values, attachments, checklist items, or associated records such as tasks and quotes. - Tap Save.
