View and Export Reports - Zoho CRM | iOS App

Reports module in Zoho CRM iOS app

Reports module helps you view and analyze your CRM data.  You can pull information from different modules, apply filters and present your data in a tabular report format with rows and columns.
 
Here are some examples of how you can use the Reports module:
  1. Categorize leads by source or status
  2. Track sales during a specific period
  3. View open or closed deals
  4. Analyze revenue by product, region or salesperson
NotesCreating reports is supported only on the CRM web app.

 To view a report 

  1. Tap More () > Reports.
  2. Open the folder containing your report.
  3. Tap the report to view it.
Notes
You can tap on any record in the report to view its details.
Idea
 You can view your report as a chart, if chart is created for the report in CRM web version.
 

Exporting reports  

You can export your reports as Formatted reports and Detailed reports.
  1. Formatted report: Exports the report as it appears in the CRM, including group details. You can export up to 5000 rows.
  2. Detailed report: Exports all records without grouping, up to 50,000 rows.

To export a record 

  1. Tap More () > Reports.
  2. Open the folder containing your report.
  3. Tap the report to open it.
  4. Tap Share () > Export.
  5. Select a file format and tap .
 

Sending reports as mail

You can send reports as emails to other members of your organization, add people outside your organization as additional recipients if required, and choose to send the report immediately or schedule it for later.

To send a report as mail 

  1. Tap More () > Reports.
  2. Open the folder containing your report.
  3. Tap the report to open it.
  4. Tap Share () > Send Mail.
  5. Fill in details such as:
    Recipients (Org users)
    Additional recipients (external mail ID)
    File format
    Send Option (immediate or schedule)
