Execute Blueprints on iPhone
Blueprints that you have configured in your Zoho CRM web account can be executed from the mobile app. If you have a process in place for deals, you can execute the required Blueprint Transitions right on the app and progress to the next stage in the process.
For example, you have configured a transition called "Negotiate", which must be completed in order to move to the next stage. The "Negotiate" transition requires the sales rep to enter a discount which falls within certain parameters and add the details of the negotiation as a note. These requirements can be fulfilled right from the mobile app by executing the "Negotiate" transition. Read more about Designing Blueprints.
To execute a blueprint using the CRM app
- Tap the module you want to execute a blueprint for. For example, Deals.
- Tap the record.
The Blueprint Strip will display the Current State and the transitions that must be executed in order to progress to the next state.Tap the required transition and complete the requirements as directed.
If the values you enter do not fit the specifications, the error message configured in the blueprint will be displayed.

NOTE:
State: In a blueprint, a state is the part of the process that a record is in at a particular time. For example, a deal in your sales pipeline goes through different stages such as Qualification, Needs Analysis, and Negotiation until it is won or lost. Each of these stages is a state.
Transition: A transition is what happens when a record changes from one state to another in a process. It prescribes the requirements for records to move from one state to the next.
Blueprint is available in Zoho CRM for Android from (v3.2.16) onwards.
