Click the list view drop-down list. Select the list view that you want to see in Zoho Sheet View. Click Actions near the top-right corner. Select Zoho Sheet View .
Please check if the module supports Sheet View. The list of unsupported modules is provided in the Note section. If the module is supported, please check if you're using the Kanban View. To access Sheet View, you'll have to use the List View or the Canvas View.

- Validation rules
- Dependency fields
- You don't have edit permission for those records.
- The Record Locking Configuration feature is enabled and the records have been manually or automatically locked.
