Zoho Forms can be integrated with CRM Sandbox environment, allowing teams to validate form behavior, field mappings, and related automations in a safe, isolated environment - without impacting your Production data.
What you can do
In your Sandbox org, you can now connect Zoho Forms, and put your integration to the test before it ever touches production. Specifically, you can:
Test form submissions end-to-end - Submit data through your forms and verify that it flows correctly into CRM records.
Use forms within email templates - Add form links to your email templates in Sandbox and test how they behave as part of your communication flows.
Send emails from Sandbox - Test email sending with your form-linked templates just as you would in a live environment.
Map form fields to CRM fields - Configure how each form field corresponds to a field in your CRM module, and test whether data submitted through the form lands in the right place. In other words, you will able to catch any mapping mis-matches in the sandbox itself before they can cause any data issues in production.
Trigger automations from form submissions - Test whether form submissions correctly fire the automations that you have set up in CRM, such as assigning records, sending notifications, or updating field values all before going live.

The integration is designed purely for testing purposes.
This also applies to email templates - if you add a form link to an email template in Sandbox and later try to deploy that template to production, CRM will stop the deployment and flag it - since the link points to a sandbox form, and not a production one.
You'll need to remove the form link, deploy the template, and then add the appropriate production form link on the other side.
