Clearbit for Zoho CRM

Stop spending your time in researching about your customers (leads, contacts, and accounts) and get enriched data about them right from within Zoho CRM. With the Clearbit integration for Zoho CRM, you can view your customers' information within the business card section. View personal and company details, social media contacts, and more. All you need is an email addresses of the leads and contacts, and a website for accounts.

Installing the extension

You can either go to the Zoho Marketplace and install the Clearbit extension, or log in to your Zoho CRM account and install it.

To install the extension:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > All.
  2. Click All Extensions, then browse for and click Clearbit for Zoho CRM.
  3. Click Install Now.

  4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Continue.
  5. Selection an option in Choose Users/Profiles.
    The extension will be installed for the specified users.
  6. Enter the API Key in the Extension Settings pop-up.
  7. Click Save.

Getting enriched data

The extension supports three modules of Zoho CRM. The enriched data can be obtained in the following modules: Leads, Contacts, and Accounts.

To get enriched data:

  1. Open a record in Leads, Contacts, or Accounts modules.
  2. For leads and contacts, make sure the record has a valid email address.
  3. For accounts, make sure the record has website details filled under Account Information.
    The enriched data will be displayed in the Business card widget.
    The data is fetched based on the email address or website details provided in the records.

Uninstalling the extension

You may wish to uninstall the extension whenever it is no longer needed.

To uninstall the extension:

  1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All > Installed Extensions.
  2. Search for the Clearbit for Zoho CRM extension and click Uninstall.
  3. Click Ok to confirm.
