- Click the dropdown to view the list of available templates
- Select the appropriate template that contains the attributes you want to use.
In FUJIFILM IWpro, the hierarchy is:
Office -> Cabinet -> Templates -> Attributes
- Each cabinet can have multiple templates
- Each template contains multiple attributes
Configuring CRM Deals Field Mapping
Map Zoho CRM fields to FUJIFILM IWpro attributes to populate folder attributes automatically when Deals are created.
Configuration Steps:
Review the list of available deal module fields.
Check the boxes for fields you want to map (maximum 50 fields).
Click Save to complete the configuration.
The extension will now create folders in FUJIFILM IWpro automatically whenever new accounts or deals are created in Zoho CRM.
Critical Requirement:
To ensure successful field mapping, the following conditions must be met:
- Exact Match Required: Attribute identifiers in FUJIFILM IWpro must exactly match Zoho CRM API names (case-sensitive)
- Template Association: All mapped attributes must be associated with the selected template in FUJIFILM IWpro
- Data Type Compatibility: Data types must match between FUJIFILM IWpro and Zoho CRM (See Data Type Mapping below)
Validation and Error Handling
The system performs validation during field mapping. The following scenarios may occur:
- Field Mismatch
- If a user selects a Zoho CRM Deal field that is not created or mapped in FUJIFILM IWpro, an alert message will be displayed.
- Data Type Mismatch
- If a user selects a Zoho CRM Deal field that exists in FUJIFILM IWpro but the data types do not match, an alert message will be displayed (see Data Type Mapping below).
Data Type Mapping
The following table shows how Zoho CRM field types map to FUJIFILM IWpro attribute data types:
Zoho CRM Field Type | FUJIFILM IWpro Data Type |
Picklist | String |
Single Line | String |
Email | String |
URL | String |
Phone | String |
Checkbox | Boolean |
Number | Long Integer |
Long Integer | Long Integer |
Decimal | Decimal |
Percent | Decimal |
Currency | Decimal |
Date | Date-Time |
Date/Time | Date-Time |
Warning 1: For Long Integer fields, FUJIFILM supports a maximum of 15 digits. If a Long Integer value in CRM exceeds 15 digits, only the first 15 digits will be synced to FUJIFILM. Please ensure Long Integer values do not exceed 15 digits to avoid data truncation.
Warning 2: Zoho CRM Date fields are stored as Date-Time values in UTC in FUJIFILM IWpro. The displayed date is automatically adjusted based on the user's browser timezone
Failure Scenarios
Attribute updates will fail if:
- The Template ID is not associated with the selected Folder (Cabinet)
- Fix: In IWpro, verify the template is assigned to the Cabinet that contains your base folder.
- The attribute identifier does not exist in FUJIFILM IWpro
- Fix: Verify that the attribute exists in the IWpro template and that its name exactly matches the CRM field API name (case-sensitive).
- The attribute is not associated with the given template
- Fix: Add the missing attribute to your selected template in IWpro.
- The data type in FUJIFILM IWpro does not match the CRM field type
- Fix: Refer to the Data Type Mapping table and update either the CRM field type or the IWpro attribute type to match.
How It Works - Automated Folder Creation
Once the extension is fully configured, it creates folders in FUJIFILM IWpro automatically whenever you create Accounts or Deals in Zoho CRM.
Account Folder Creation
When you create a new Account in Zoho CRM, the extension:
- Creates a folder in FUJIFILM IWpro under the Base Folder Path
- Names the folder using the Account Name
- Stores the FUJIFILM Folder ID in the Account record's custom field
Warning 1: Ensure the “Name” field is included in the default template. Without it, Account and Deal folders cannot be created.
Warning 2: The extension automatically creates a custom field called "FUJIFILM Folder ID" in both the Accounts and Deals modules during installation. No manual field creation is required.
Deal Subfolder Creation
When you create a new Deal in Zoho CRM, the extension:
- Creates a subfolder under the associated Account's folder (if the Account folder doesn't exist, it is created first)
- Names the folder using the Deal Name
- Syncs mapped CRM field values to the folder as attributes
- Stores the FUJIFILM Folder ID in the Deal record's custom field
When mapped Deal fields are modified in Zoho CRM, the extension updates the related attribute values in the corresponding FUJIFILM IWpro Deal folder.
Viewing FUJIFILM Documents in Zoho CRM
The extension provides a Related List widget in both account and deal records, allowing you to view and access all documents stored in FUJIFILM IWpro without leaving Zoho CRM.
Accessing Documents
You can access all documents and folders linked to the current Account or Deal directly from this related list.

Opening FUJIFILM IWpro from Zoho CRM

Syncing Existing Records to FUJIFILM IWpro
Sync IWpro Folder Button
The Sync IWpro Folder button is available on both the Account and Deal record view pages in Zoho CRM. This button is designed for existing CRM records that were created before the extension was installed, or records that were not automatically synced to FUJIFILM IWpro.
How it works for accounts:
- Click the Sync IWpro Folder button on an Account record.

- If the account folder already exists, no duplicate folder will be created
How it works for deals:
- Click the Sync IWpro Folder button on a deal record.
- If the Deal folder does not exist in FUJIFILM IWpro, the system will create a new Deal subfolder under the corresponding Account folder and sync the mapped field values to IWpro according to your configuration.
- If the Deal folder already exists in FUJIFILM IWpro, the system will skip folder creation and only perform a field mapping update to sync the latest CRM data to FUJIFILM IWpro.

To enable these features again, you must re-authorize the FUJIFILM IWpro connection.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
1. What happens when an account is renamed in Zoho CRM?
- When an Account name is updated in Zoho CRM, the corresponding folder in FUJIFILM IWpro is automatically renamed.
- This ensures the folder name stays synchronized between Zoho CRM and FUJIFILM IWpro.
2. What happens when a deal or account is deleted in Zoho CRM?
- If a deal or account is deleted in Zoho CRM, the corresponding folder in FUJIFILM IWpro is not deleted automatically.
- Folders remain in IWpro and must be manually removed within FUJIFILM IWpro if they are no longer required.
3. What happens when a deal is moved to a different account?
- If a Deal is reassigned to a different Account in Zoho CRM, the existing Deal folder in FUJIFILM IWpro remains under the original Account's folder.
- The system does not automatically move the folder to the new Account's folder structure. If needed, users can manually reorganize folders within IWpro.
4. Can multiple users connect to an organization independently?
- The extension supports one FUJIFILM IWpro connection per Zoho CRM organization.
- All users within the organization will use the same configured IWpro connection.
5. What happens if there are duplicate account names?
- Zoho CRM allows duplicate Account names, and the extension follows the same behavior.
If multiple Accounts share the same name, separate folders will be created in FUJIFILM IWpro with the same folder name.
6. Are folders created for existing accounts or deals when the extension is installed?
- Folders are not created automatically for existing Accounts or Deals when the extension is installed.
- To create folders for existing records, use the Sync IWpro Folder button on the Account or Deal record page.
