Note:

1. The extension supports only the Leads and Contacts modules in Zoho CRM.
   
2. Please note that the HubSpot extension for Zoho CRM is available in US, EU, CN, IN, AU, JP, SA, and CA datacenters.

Installing the extension

1. Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > All.
   
2. Click All Extensions, then browse for and click HubSpot for Zoho CRM.
   
3. Click Install Now.
   
4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Continue.
   
5. In Choose Users/Profiles, select one of the following options:
   
1. Install for admins only
   
2. Install for all users
   
3. Choose profiles
   
6. If you select the Choose profiles option, check all the profiles you want the extension to install for and click Confirm.
   The extension will be installed for the selected users.
7. Click Signup if you do not have a HubSpot account. A new page will open. Enter the required details and click Sign Up.
   
   
8. Click Authorize if you already have a HubSpot account.
   
9. Click Accept, then Finish.
   

Setting up synchronization

1. Click the HubSpot web tab from the listed modules.
   
2. In the HubSpot Settings page, click Settings.
   
3. In Sync Type, select One Way or Two Way.
   One Way sync brings HubSpot contacts into your Zoho CRM modules, or vice versa. Two Ways sync simultaneously moves CRM data into HubSpot, and HubSpot data into CRM.
4. In Sync Behaviour, select HubSpot to Zoho CRM or Zoho CRM to HubSpot (only for One Way sync).
   If you choose HubSpot to Zoho CRM, you need to specify the conflict behaviour.
   
   
5. In Conflict Behaviour, select either one of the following.
   
1. CRM Always Wins - Data from HubSpot will not override the CRM data.
   
2. HubSpot Always Wins - Data from HubSpot will override the CRM data.
   
6. If you are enabling scheduled sync, choose whether you want it to happen daily or weekly.
   
7. In CRM module, select Contacts or Leads modules where you want the HubSpot data to be housed in the Zoho CRM.
   
8. In Field Mapping, choose a CRM field and the respective HubSpot field.
   
9. Click Save.
   

Note: 

1. A text-value field in Zoho CRM cannot be mapped to a numeric-value field in Hubspot, and vice-versa.
   
2. Hubspot to Zoho CRM: User needs to do field mapping for the Last Name field (last name is mandatory in Zoho CRM).
   
3. Zoho CRM to Hubspot: User need to do field mapping for the Email field (email is mandatory in HubSpot).
   

Synchronizing data

1. Click the HubSpot web tab.
   
2. In the HubSpot Settings page, click Sync.
   
3. Click Sync Now.
   
   

Uninstalling the extension

1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All.
   All the installed extensions are listed.
2. Under All Extensions, you can view all the installed extensions.
   
3. Browse for HubSpot and click the corresponding Uninstall link.
   
4. Click Ok to confirm and uninstall the extension.
