Zoom Phone

Zoom Phone is a cloud-based phone system, rich in features facilitating video and voice calls, messaging, meetings and much more, for businesses of different sizes. It includes the traditional PBX options to allow users to call and interact in new ways to keep their businesses moving. 
Businesses can integrate Zoom as a telephony provider with Zoho. With the help of this integration, ZoomPhone users can make calls from Zoho seamlessly. Call pop-ups in CRM will be contextual based on the caller's details available in CRM. 
 
NOTE: To enable this integration you need to have a ZoomPhone Subscription.    

 

To integrate Zoom

  1. On your CRM account, click on the setup icon (  ).
  2. Go to Channels and then Telephony.
  3. On the Telephony Marketplace search for ZoomPhone.
  4. Click Install.
  5. Choose the users who will use Zoom—All users, specific users, and click Install.
  6. Click Authorize Zoom on the pop-up. 
    You will be redirected to the Zoom OAuth page.
  7. Provide your Zoom login credentials and click Allow.
  8. Select the Zoho CRM users and map them with the particular Zoom User.
  9. Click Save.
Your ZoomPhone configuration will be ready for use.

To disable ZoomPhone integration

  1. On your CRM account, click on the setup icon (  )
  2. Go to Channels, and then Telephony.
  3. For ZoomPhone, click details.
  4. Click on Uninstall on the ZoomPhone details page.
