You can restrict access using profiles. To restrict access to the mobile version of the CRM, the administrator must:
1. Navigate to Setup > Users and Control > Security Control.
2. Select the desired profile from the Profiles list.
3. Select Others under Extension Permissions.
4. Disable the CRM Mobile Apps Access option.
Once access is revoked, the users with that profile will be logged out of any existing sessions in the CRM app.
