How do I check previously sent mass emails?

The Sent tab on the mass emails page lists all the previously sent mass emails. Click on an email to see details including who it is from, who it was sent by, the template used, and the sent email statistics.
The Sent Email Statistics allow users to understand how an email performed by looking at whether it was delivered, whether it was opened by the recipients, and how they interacted with it. These insights can help you make informed decisions about future correspondence.

The sent email statistics include:
  1. The total number of emails sent.
  2. The number of emails that were:
    1. Bounced due to technical issues or incorrect addresses.
    2. Delivered to the recipient's email address.
    3. Opened by the recipient.
    4. Unopened by the recipient.
    5. Clicked by the recipient.
    6. Not clicked by the recipient.
  3. Click Email Insight to open a list of the recipients of the email.

To check previously sent mass emails
  1. Go to the module the mass emails were sent in.
  2. Click Actions in the top-right corner of the module view and select Mass Email.
  3. Click the Sent tab of the Mass Email page.  You can see the template used, the date the email was sent on, and who sent it. 
To check the email statistics for a sent email
  1. Go to the module and click Actions and then Mass Email.
  2. Click the Sent tab and select the sent email you want to see the stats for. You can see the email's details and statistics.
