Specify the Email ID as mentioned in the Account Information section. Enter the captcha code as shown in the picture. Click Next. Enter any of the last password that you remember with the account and click Verify Password. If not click the Don't remember link. Click Send OTP, for the system to send an OTP to the registered email ID. Enter the OTP sent in your email and click Verify. In the Password Reset page, enter your New Password. Click Change Password.
