Activating Zoho CRM from G Suite

Zoho CRM for G Suite is available in the G Suite Marketplace. G Suite users with the Super Administrator role can activate Zoho CRM for G Suite for your organization.

  • When you have a Zoho CRM account (any Edition) - On activation, you will be able to access all the features. Note that the Gmail integration will be available only if you have Zoho Mail Add-on for your account.
  • When you do not have a Zoho CRM account - While activating, you will get the Zoho CRM - Enterprise Edition Trial Version with Zoho Mail Add-on for 15 days. During the trial period, you can evaluate:
    • Features of Zoho CRM - Enterprise Edition
    • Add users from G Suite to Zoho CRM
    • Import contacts from G Suite to Zoho CRM
    • Export events from Zoho CRM to G Suite
    • Attach files from Google Drive to Zoho CRM
    • Integrate Google Mail with Zoho CRM
  • After the 15 day trial, you can still access the following features without upgrading to the Paid Editions of Zoho CRM:
    • Features of Zoho CRM - Free Edition
    • Import contacts from G Suite to Zoho CRM
    • Export events from Zoho CRM to G Suite
Activating Zoho CRM for G Suite

To activate Zoho CRM from G Suite

  1. Log in to G Suite with the Super Administrator's privilege.
  2. In the AdminConsole page, click Apps.
    The services that you have added from different sources will be listed.
  3. Click Marketplace Apps. 
  4. Click the Add Marketplace Apps icon.
  5. In the G Suite Marketplace, search for the Zoho CRM application.
  6. From the search results, select Zoho CRM and click + Install App.
    Next, in the Get ready to install page click continue.
  7. In the Granting Access page, review the list of Google data APIs, permissions and click Accept.
    The service will be added.

To create a Zoho CRM account

  1. Log in to G Suite with the Super Administrator privilege.
  2. In the G Suite Dashboard, or Google universal navigation, click Zoho CRM application.
  3. In the Welcome to Zoho CRM page, select Enable Zoho CRM access to G Suite user and click Start.
    A Zoho CRM account will be created for your G Suite domain.
