Notes Note
  • All the subsequent changes made to the records in Zoho CRM will be automatically synchronized with Zoho Analytics at the scheduled synchronization time.

  • For each module, there are Notes and Sub-form fields accessible. Once the notes and sub-form fields are configured, Zoho Analytics reflects them accordingly.
  • Inside the CRM, if you try removing the sync of modules or fields from Advanced Analytics that are associated with any of the created components, an alert pop-up will ask you to disassociate them in the Analytics first and then proceed with removing the sync of modules or fields in the CRM.

If you remove the sync of modules or fields from within CRM that are unused in any component in the Analytics, the update will happen immediately. Any corresponding data in Analytics will be automatically removed during the next sync.

  • In Zoho Analytics, modules that have notes specified generate two reports: one based on the notes and the other with all the other fields configured.
