The 'No Permission' error shows only when a user profile is restricted with any access for the Module or Layout for which a CPQ rule is being created, or when restricted/disabled for all actions under Setup > CPQ. Navigate to CRM Setup > Security Control > Profiles, go to the respective profile to update its permissions accordingly. If you still have trouble after providing access, contact support for assistance.
Navigate to CRM Setup > CPQ. Open the Rules setup and check the criteria configured for each rule. To avoid skeptical triggers, make sure the criteria set for each rule don't duplicate or include contradictory conditions. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.
Review both rules and conditions. When there are two rules with similar trigger criteria, only one actively triggers. To apply both rules consecutively, adjust the second rule’s entry criteria, including the first trigger, so the record meets to trigger both conditions. Contact support if found not working or need any assistance.
The CPQ is a line item automation feature. Creating Product configurator only works for modules that have at least one sub-form associated including a look-up field within. Otherwise, when trying to set, the user will automatically receive a notification encouraging them to choose a different module or layout.
Ensure you choose the right Module, or you have the pre-requsites available in the respective module to be able to complete this setup. If you are still having trouble, contact support for assistance.
If the respective products set in the criteria are not getting associated within the record, check if they match the Criteria order set along, as well as matching its conditions. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance on a live session.
This could be due to any Custom-Client Scripts associated with the respective action. Or could be due to any temporary technical hiccup with UI rendering. Please contact support in a live session for further assistance.
