Signals

Signals configured in our Zoho CRM. However, while accessing the Signals (bell) icon, it still displays the "Manage Signals or Configure" page without showing any notifications.

Even after the Signal being enabled, if the record has not received any signal yet, until the user receives an initial signal, it will show the option to configure. If you had made any action, but have not received any the signal, please contact support for further assistance.

The email status notifications are not shown in CRM Signals.

In Zoho CRM, the email "Open" status gets is tracked only when the recipient’s email client loads images in the email. When the same is not tracked, it would not display the same in CRM signals.

We are unable to trigger a Signal using Custom Function.

Write to us with the code in which you are facing trouble, or can connect on a live support session for further assistance.

The custom function setup for Signal fails when there is a New Ticket created in Zoho Desk. Is there an example function?

Write to us or contact support for assistance on a live session to troubleshoot the function that fails. Here is the sample function to trigger a Signal whenever there is a new ticket created in Zoho Desk.

namespace = "zohodesk_newticketalert";

subject = "New Ticket created #" + ticket_id;

message = "New Ticket with " + ticket_subject + " created in Zoho Desk from " + email;

signalMap = Map();

signalMap.put("signal_namespace", namespace);

signalMap.put("email", email);

signalMap.put("subject", subject);

signalMap.put("message", message);

result = zoho.crm.raiseSignal(signalMap);

Command Center

Unable to create automations or orchestrate a process using PathFinder.

PathFinder is an analytical tool that shows the complete journey of a record. Configuring automations or process orchestration directly within PathFinder is not supported. For designing and automating the customer experience, you can use JourneyBuilder or other Process or Automation features within Zoho CRM.

The transition save button is not saving the record, but it shows as saved.

Please write to us with the reference screenshots and issue recording for further assistance, or can contact live support session for troubleshooting further.

All the users are unable to preview the existing journey in the new version.

Segmentation

Unable to categorize contacts based on their scores.

Scoring Rules help you prioritize and trigger automations with the respective business contacts unlike to categorize. We suggest an advance feature called "Segmentation" in Zoho CRM, which helps you with the process of categorizing your customers based on a couple of attributes tailored to make marketing or sales efforts better.

A user is unable to access Segmentation in Zoho CRM.

Ensure the user is in the default Administrator profile. Only users with Admin access can create or manage Segmentation in Zoho CRM.

Unable to publish a new segmentation in our account.

Different editions have different limits to how many active published segmentation there can be at a time, with Enterprise only allowing one, while Ultimate allows five. However, multiple drafts or unpublished segmentation are allowed to be kept when working in inactive mode. If you are unable to publish when following these limits, please contact support for further assistance.

Unable to republish a segmentation.

The Enterprise and Ultimate editions have a republishing limit of twice a day and ten times a day, respectively. If you are having issues republishing within this limit, contact support for further assistance.

Unable to edit or modify the published segmentation.

Please check which part of the Segmentation design would you like to update. As you cannot change the segmentation module or contributing module once published, please try to create an alternate one and manage by switching that to be active accordingly. If you try editing any other action and were finding trouble, please contact support for further assistance on a live session.
