Using the Agent

Once the agent is activated, it will be listed under the Active agents section.

Managing an Agent

To modify an agent’s triggers or settings, click Manage Agent.

  • Check the Version id of the agent for reference. It lets you validate that the version activated in CRM is the latest one in Zia Agents.
  • You can make the necessary changes to the Agent, and click Update.

Deactivating an Agent

If an agent is no longer needed, you can deactivate it. Simply hover over the agent and click Deactivate. Agree to the warning on the pop-up and click Ok, Deactivate Now.

Upon deactivation, the agent is moved to the Draft section. 

Disabling the Agent portal

Disabling the Agent Portal permanently deletes all active agents in CRM. Their configurations, triggers, and parameter mappings are removed, and any in-progress or scheduled actions stop immediately. This may lead to data loss and cannot be undone. 

Records already updated by these agents will remain intact, but the agents themselves will be moved to the Drafts section.

To use agents again, you’ll need to reconnect a portal and re-activate the agents from scratch.

To disable the Agent portal

  1. Go to Zia Agents portal:
  1. Navigate to MarketplaceIntegrationsZohoZia Agents and click Manage, or

  2. Navigate to SetupGeneralAgents and click the View Agent Portal button.
  1. Click Disable, and then confirm the same on the pop-up.
