- Zia Notes summary is available for orgs in the Enterprise edition with 20+ user licenses or in the Ultimate edition of Zoho CRM.
- Notes summary is exclusively available in English.
Using Zia Notes summary
Accessing the note summary is easy with just a few clicks. Zia Notes summary is automatically enabled for eligible organizations, so there is no need to manually configure or enable it.
- Go to the Notes section of the specific record.
- Click on the button Summarize note (s).
- A pop-up will appear with two summaries:
- Last Note Summary: Focuses on summarizing the most recent note, perfect for quick updates or catching up on the latest entry.
- Overall Summary: Provides a comprehensive overview of all notes associated with the record. Ideal for understanding the full scope of interactions or information gathered over time.

- Regular use of Zia Notes Summary can dramatically reduce the time spent reviewing notes, allowing for more time to be spent on actionable tasks.
